Final Fantasy Six is widely considered one of the greatest games in the entire series. A big reason for its popularity is the main character, Terra Branford. Even though the game features a large group of fourteen playable characters, players spend most of their time learning about Terra and her sad history. Terra will return to the franchise on October twenty-second when Final Fantasy Resonance is released.Many fans have wanted a complete remake or remaster of Final Fantasy Six for a long time. Final Fantasy Resonance is a new offline game built using a popular two dimensional pixel graphic style. It is based on the story of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and uses a feature called Visions. Visions work like classic magic summons, allowing players to call famous heroes from across the series to help them during battles. Every single main numbered game will have one representative hero available as a Vision, including Cloud, Squall, Zidane, Tidus, and Clive.

Terra represents Final Fantasy Six in the Vision lineup. In her original story, Terra is half human and half Esper, which allows her to transform into a powered up magical form. In Final Fantasy Resonance, calling her Vision will cause her to briefly transform into this magical state and perform her signature Riot Blade attack to deal heavy damage to enemies.

Final Fantasy Resonance will launch on October twenty-second for PC, PlayStation five, Xbox Series X and S, and both Nintendo Switch models. Players who want to experience Terra's original adventure before then can play the Pixel Remaster version of Final Fantasy Six on these same systems.
