NVIDIA has revealed its August 2026 lineup for GeForce NOW, with 26 PC games scheduled to join the cloud gaming service throughout the month. Eight of those titles are already arriving this week, while NVIDIA is also preparing a major GeForce NOW showcase at QuakeCon in Grapevine, Texas.

The biggest addition this week is World of Warships: Legends, which is now playable through GeForce NOW without requiring a local installation. Players can take control of destroyers, cruisers, and battleships in large-scale naval battles, with the latest content update adding the Pacific Hammer Campaign and a new line of U.S. destroyers.

The other games joining GeForce NOW this week include Big Walk, Beacon Pines, Sovereign Tower, Expeditions: Samurai, The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, The Incident at Galley House, and Machine Party.

NVIDIA's full August lineup is considerably larger. Upcoming additions include Pax Autocratia, Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, The Sinking City 2, Mortal Shell II, Gallipoli, Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, and Breathedge 2.

The August lineup is solid, although several anticipated releases are notably absent. Star Wars: Zero Company, Beast of Reincarnation, and MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls aren't included in this month's announcement. NVIDIA also used the update to highlight games that arrived on GeForce NOW during July, including Breath of Fire IV, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Dino Crisis, Dino Crisis 2, Halo: Campaign Evolved, and the Onimusha: Way of the Sword DEMO.

GeForce NOW will also be taking center stage at QuakeCon, where attendees will be able to experience Ultimate cloud gaming powered by GeForce RTX 5080 hardware. NVIDIA says the demonstrations can run at up to 5K resolution and 120 FPS on an ultrawide display, with additional demos available on the Lenovo Legion Go S handheld.

One notable omission is Mistfall Hunter. NVIDIA confirmed that the PvPvE extraction action RPG won't be joining GeForce NOW this month, although the company says players should watch future GFN Thursday announcements for updates. That's worth keeping an eye on, considering the game has already surpassed one million players during its early run.

Overall, August looks like another busy month for GeForce NOW, with a mix of new releases, older favorites, and major upcoming games giving subscribers plenty to stream.
