Publisher 2K has revealed the first footage and details for Man of Honor, an upcoming story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country set to launch on August 14. Taking place during the winter of 1905 shortly after protagonist Enzo Favara joins the Torrisi crime family, the expansion expands Enzo's origin story while introducing additional activities and rewards to Free Ride mode.

The downloadable content features new story chapters that explore Enzo's early days as a soldato. Players can access these missions directly after meeting specific progression requirements or play through them as part of the main campaign.A central highlight of the expansion is the return of Ennio Salieri prior to his rise as Don in the original Mafia game. Operating from a warehouse in Porto Almaro, Salieri provides Enzo with both challenge content and high-difficulty contracts in Free Ride mode. The new Salieri Challenges feature five gameplay types:

- Standoffs- Assassinations- Circuit Races- Road Sprints- Time Trials
Salieri also offers separate job contracts in Free Ride mode that involve infiltrating citrus farms, taking down rival whiskey runners, stealing delivery trucks, opening safes, and transporting stolen contraband while fighting off rival thieves.

Beyond core missions, Man of Honor introduces new collectibles and open world activities across Valle Dorata, including Wanted Posters, Stunt Jumps, and destructible Sulphur Trucks. The expansion also adds a wide selection of gear that players can buy with in-game Dinari or discover through exploration:

- Weapons: Modello Speciale, High Capacity Pump Action Shotgun holding ten shells, and Precisione Speciale with explosive rounds.- Melee & Thrown Items: Three knives, including the Rimbalzu throwing knife that bounces to a second target.- Charms: Five charms, including the Dolce Morte charm that causes defeated enemies to drop health restoring fruit and extra Dinari.- Vehicles & Mounts: Three vehicles and two horsesCosmetics: Three outfits and five hats.
