Singapore-based publisher and developer Garena has announced Palworld Online, an officially licensed mobile spin-off of the hit creature-collecting survival game scheduled to arrive on iOS and Android devices in 2026. Developed under a licensing agreement with IP owner Pocketpair, the upcoming title reimagines the core Palworld experience as a massively multiplayer online game rather than a direct mobile port.

The announcement comes as the original PC and console game continues its expansion following its version 1.0 update. While inspired by the primary title, Palworld Online features an original setting, a standalone storyline, and exclusive side quests designed to expand the lore of the franchise.

Online multiplayer serves as the central focus of Palworld Online, built around a seamless open-world ecosystem where players can explore and build together. The persistent world supports both cooperative and competitive activities, including open-world boss encounters, shared base construction, and player-versus-player combat.Garena has optimized the game specifically for mobile hardware, introducing a touch-friendly user interface and optional one-tap controls to simplify base building, resource management, and Pal deployment on handheld devices. Garena brings extensive experience in the mobile market to the project, having previously developed the battle royale title Free Fire and published mobile releases across major international regions.
