Palworld continues to evolve following its massive 1.0 update, with a new patch making several of the game's major features easier to access while encouraging players to revisit some of its most important systems.

Building and customization remain among Palworld's biggest strengths, and the latest update expands on that freedom with significant changes to construction. The most notable adjustment affects the Aquatic Construction Kit, which can now be unlocked much earlier in a player's progression.

The technology level requirement for the Aquatic Construction Kit has been reduced from 66 to 23, while its Ancient Technology Point cost has dropped from four to one. The materials and crafting requirements have also been adjusted, allowing players to access aquatic construction without having to reach the late game.

Jetragon has also received several changes designed to make the powerful Pal more accessible. Multiple Jetragon related technologies now unlock at Level 70 instead of Level 79, while the materials needed to create the Pal Gear required to ride Jetragon have been reduced.

These changes should make it easier for players to obtain one of Palworld's most desirable flying mounts without having to progress as far into the game.
The update also improves World Tree Holy Water by extending its duration and reducing its weight from 1 to 0.1. The item has also been added to the rewards available through World Tree expeditions, World Tree fishing, and the Large Fishing Pond.

Players can additionally obtain more World Tree Holy Water from Pals in the World Tree area and at Teafant Spring, giving the resource a more important role in exploration and progression.
Crude oil production has also received improvements. Several oil related machines now require fewer resources to build, while the associated base mission can now be completed using a High Pressure Crude Oil Extractor.

Beyond these major changes, the update includes numerous smaller fixes and improvements. Pal behavior has been adjusted, while co op stability, base building, boss encounters, and graphics have also received attention.
The patch additionally addresses several crashes affecting PlayStation 5 and Xbox players, improving overall stability across the supported platforms.

With these changes, Palworld continues to develop around the freedom and flexibility that define its survival sandbox. By lowering progression barriers and improving some of its most interesting systems, the latest update gives both new and returning players more reasons to explore everything the game has to offer.
